Adam & Son Founded
Dan Adam opens Car Care 2000 (later Adam & Son) in Colorado Springs with a mission to prove that mechanics can be trusted.
2007
Social Impact Model Begins
Adam & Son begins its social impact model, giving back to customers and community in need.
2020
Stranded Motorist Fund Founded
Dan Adam founds the Stranded Motorist Fund, a separate 501(c)(3) nonprofit, to address transportation insecurity and help families in crisis.
2025
ShopGiv Launches
Launched in November 2025. The community crowdfunding app expands impact beyond auto repair to all local businesses.
